Built with pride by professional builders, contractors and suppliers of the HBA of F-M, the Parade of Homes features a scattered site tour of homes in the area. Using the latest design and building techniques, the Parade offers samples from every market including first-time home buyers, move-up and luxury homes. The Spring Parade is held over a nine-day period with weekend and evening hours, consumers have many opportunities to explore the homes and talk with the builders themselves. Winners in each of the price categories receive the prestigious Horizon Award. Homes are judged by teams of builders from outside the area and local NAHB Student Chapters.
