Built with pride by professional builders, contractors and suppliers of the HBA of F-M, the Parade of Homes features a scattered site tour of homes in the area. Using the latest design and building techniques, the Parade offers samples from every market including first-time home buyers, move-up and luxury homes.

The Home Builders Association of F-M hosts two Parade events each year:

• The Fall Parade of Homes is held over two weekends, Sept. 11-12 and 18-19. Hours are noon-5 p.m., providing opportunities for consumers to explore the homes and talk with the builders themselves.
• The Spring Parade of Homes runs over nine days and typically begins in late April.
